Contract forms for Industrial & Non-Broadcast Work
Remember: A contract form or work report (i.e these PDF's) alone is not sufficient to accept a union job. The employer must be signed to the appropriate contract. In the case of industrial or Non-Broadcast Programs, this can be a signatory paymaster. For further guidance, please call the AFTRA/SAG office at 617 262 8001 and explain that you have a question about freelance contracts

He'll be back at Thanksgiving. He charge me $100.00. He takes your pictures and places them on his web site. You pick out which ones you want and he touches them up and mails you a disc. His web site needs a password but it is at: www.jakemccoyphotography.com
