Shot several independent films this summer including one feature titled City of Anger produced by Unified Resources Productions (being submitted to several festivals), starred as Maria in MTLA's production of West Side Story on the theatre strip in Hollywood, Shot a commercial for Opsource Software (soon to be on my website lauradarrell.com) Also shot two spec commercials currently in contests one for Quiznos and one for Doritos. Other starring roles include Liz Morden in Our Country's Good at the Bing Theatre in LA directed by Jack Rowe, Julie Jordan in Carousel at the same theatre, and Pearl in the Los Angeles Premiere of shAme, the rock opera written by well-known composer Mark Governor.
